We treat our community like family
Our definition of care extends beyond the medical treatment we provide to foster a sense of unity and inclusion in the communities we serve. MedWise® Urgent Care outreach initiatives enable staff to engage with people outside of the clinic, creating a place at which everyone feels welcome.
MedWise runs Ironman Run Aid Station #5
MedWise provided helpful assistance at Tulsa’s second hosting of Ironman. This triathlon had 800 athletes that competed in a series of long distance races that included a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride, and concluded with a 26 mile run in the city of Tulsa.
MedWise inspires youth through Junior Achievement Inspire (JA Inspire)
MedWise was pleased to get out and engage with students to tell the story of what made our healthcare professionals fall in love with Healthcare and MedWise. Ja Inspire is a place where it brings not only local schools together but also the businesses in the community as a whole. The students that participated in the event have the opportunity to get more information about careers that may interest them enough to start their education route towards their career choice.
MedWise aids Tulsa Aquarium Run
The Tulsa Aquarium hosted its annual Aquarium Run in person since the highest parts of the pandemic. MedWise served as a First Aid Station while athletes were able to choose to compete in a half marathon, 10K, 5K, or a Fun Run.
MedWise participates in annual FOP Benefits Fair
MedWise was excited to attend FOPs annual benefits fair where Tulsa Police Department and retirees came to learn more about their benefits as well as the locations of where MedWise could provide care to them.
