What our clients say
Your well-being is our priority
MedWise® Urgent Care opened its doors with a single purpose: to provide warm, empathetic, timely care that gives patients the freedom to maintain their busy lifestyles.
WHY CHOOSE MEDWISE?
Because we care
At MedWise, we understand that urgent situations can be stressful. We believe getting the care you need should be easy, so our services were developed with your convenience and comfort in mind.
Because we can help
Our convenient and efficient locations are available to meet your needs on-site or virtually wherever you are. MedWise offers a broad range of urgent care services, including same day testing for COVID-19, flu and strep and RSV. We have X-ray available at each of our locations to evaluate injuries and treatment options.
Because we listen
Outreach
We treat our community like family
Our definition of care extends beyond the medical treatment we provide to foster a sense of unity and inclusion in the communities we serve. MedWise® Urgent Care outreach initiatives enable staff to engage with people outside of the clinic, creating a place at which everyone feels welcome.
MedWise partners with Family and Children Services: C.O.P.E.S
Starting June 3, Family & Children’s Services (FCS) and MedWise Urgent Care Center will partner to provide immediate mental health crisis services at 12 MedWise centers in the Tulsa area. These interventions will be delivered by the Community Outreach Psychiatric Emergency Services (COPES), a program of FCS. MedWise patients experiencing mental health crisis can access these services on-site through COPES telehealth.
“MedWise has been an incredible partner,” said Krista Lewis, Chief Program Officer, Adult Mental Health, Medical & Crisis Services at FCS. “Through this new collaboration, MedWise is creating opportunities for COPES to assist medical providers in delivering comprehensive crisis care. This initiative aims to save lives and connect individuals in our community to ongoing services, fostering hope and healing within our community. Together, we are making a profound impact, ensuring that individuals in crisis receive the help they need when they need it most.”
MedWise raises 21K in 2024 United Way Campaign

MedWise Urgent Care and OSU Center for Health Sciences partner to provide education and training for the physician assistant program
MedWise Urgent Care has partnered with OSU Center for Health Sciences by providing a clinical rotation site for physician assistant students within their urgent care sites. MedWise has also generously made a donation to support the OSU Center for Health Sciences program through a gift to the OSU Foundation.
The first physician assistant (PA) class at OSU-CHS graduated with a cohort of 21 students in October. More than 80% of students are planning to practice in Oklahoma and more than 50% will practice in rural locations.
“MedWise relies on a competent team of physician assistants to manage their clinics, and it provides an excellent training site for OSU PA students to acquire knowledge and skills from MedWise PAs who manage care plans for their patients. We are excited about the opportunity this partnership provides for our students,” said Amy Harrison, PA-C, and director of the OSU Center for Health Sciences Physician Assistant Program.
MedWise partners with Safe Place
There are over 20,000 Safe Place sites and now MedWise is one of them. MedWise will now be a helpful hand in the process of providing safety to at-risk youth at any of our 11 clinics in Tulsa or surrounding areas.
Okmulgee welcomes MedWise in annual Holiday parade
