At MedWise® Urgent Care, we provide high-quality care at a fraction of the cost of an emergency room visit. For patients without insurance, we offer a transparent cash price of $185 per visit. We accept most major insurance plans but recommend confirming your coverage with your provider before your visit. Please note, if your primary insurance is out of network, we cannot bill secondary insurance.

Standard Services - $185

This includes up to two in-house lab tests or oral prescription medications. If more than two are needed, transition to Advanced Services.

  • RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus) – Nasal swab
    • Strep – test for strep
    • Urinalysis - screen for urinary tract infection

Oral & Topical Medications - Single Dose

  • Nitroglycerin Tabs
  • Prednisolone - steroid
  • Zofran/Ondansetron – anti nausea
  • Non-Prescription Drugs (Does not count towards the two oral medications)

Miscellaneous Supplies & Medications

  • Ear Wick – inserted into swollen ear canal to help administer medication
  • Hot/Cold Pack – used for inflammation related to injuries
  • Eye Patch
  • Basin – shallow container used specifically for holding liquids
  • Visual Acuity Testing – used to determine visual clarity or sharpness
  • Color Vision - Ishihara Test – color vision test for detection of red-green color deficiencies
  • Silver Nitrate Sticks – used to help control bleeding
    • Steri-Strips – strips put across an incision or minor cut to keep wound edges together while they heal

Advanced Services - $235

Includes Standard Services plus: Includes up to two X-Rays or injectable medications. If more than two are needed, transition to Complex Services.

  • Nebulizer Treatment/Training – used to administer medication via breathing treatment
  • Peak Flow – shows volume and rate of air that can be forcefully breathed out; usually done by people with asthma or other lung disease
  • Meds: Albuterol, Duo Neb – used to open airways and reduce inflammation in lungs
  • EKG – recording of the heart’s electrical activity

    • FB Removal from ear or nose (simple/no incision)

Complex Services - $285

Includes Advanced Services, plus:

  • Abscess Treatment – may include incision/drainage and antibiotics
  • Burn/Wound Debridement – removal of damaged tissue or foreign objects from a wound
  • Digital Block Anesthesia – anesthetic injected into the base of finger or toe
  • Treatment of Dislocated joint -
  • Foreign Body Removal - Skin
  • IV Therapy – intravenous fluids to help administer medication and treat dehydration

  • Eye Foreign Body Removal - superficial
  • Fingernail or Toenail Repair or Removal
  • Ortho-glass Splinting – pre-padded casting material activated with minimal water
  • Wound Repair - Dermabond – liquid skin adhesive
  • Laceration Repair – repair of a deep cut or tear in skin or flesh
